Options2Exit Inbox Intelligence

Options2Exit Inbox Intelligence is an automated email-triage service for Options2Exit M&A advisory clients. The service connects to a client's Gmail, Microsoft 365, or IMAP mailbox once at onboarding, classifies inbound messages as M&A acquisition solicitations using an AI classifier (Anthropic Claude Haiku), and routes them to a dedicated “M&A Emails” folder so the owner can review them in one place rather than scattered across their main inbox.
The service is invisible to end-users after onboarding — owners connect once and the system runs on its own from there.
What the service does
- Connects to a client mailbox via OAuth (Gmail or Microsoft 365) or IMAP (other providers).
- Classifies inbound messages using an AI classifier with a conservative, false-positive-averse policy.
- Applies labels, moves messages to a dedicated folder, or leaves messages untouched based on classification confidence.
- Records every action in an audit log. Any action is reversible within seven days.
- Optionally sends a per-client opt-in auto-reply with privilege-domain protection.
Availability
The service is operated by Options2Exit on behalf of M&A advisory clients only. It is not available to the general public. End users connect their account through a one-time consent flow at the start of an Options2Exit engagement.
