Terms of Service

Under legal review. Final version expected July 2026.

Our terms of service is currently being reviewed by counsel ahead of the Service's first production launch. Draft text reflecting the service description, AI accuracy disclaimer, and IP/liability terms is complete and with counsel.

The final version will cover, at minimum:

• What information the Service accesses through connected email accounts (message metadata, sender/subject/snippet for classification).
• How that information is processed (AI classification by Anthropic Claude Haiku 4.5).
• Compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use requirements.
• Our sub-processors (Anthropic, Railway, Google, Microsoft) and what each does.
• Data retention timeframes — specific numbers, not generic boilerplate.
• Security measures: AES-256-GCM credential vault, tenant isolation, TLS in transit.
• Your rights under applicable U.S. state privacy laws (CCPA, CPRA, Colorado AI Act, California SB-942, and others).
